Pros

This company is growing from the small pain management company it was in just a few short years, into a vast system of hospitals, ASC's, and pain management doctors. The company just went public in 2015, and they have been keeping up with the growth in a very positive manner for both the employees and the customers. Their staffing standards are consistently higher, but if you are qualified, they take very good care of you.

Cons

I didn't have any real cons, except some issues with "time clock penalties". Trying to clock into a computer system every morning and race an uploading computer can be a challenge when you're being penalized for a a minute late. Also, consider adding breaks into the day: yes, the office does have the freedom to get up and get a cup of coffee or beverage, or bathroom break, etc... but no actual scheduled breaks into the day except for lunch is hard. It helps sometimes with your employees tasking for them to walk away and mentally break their mind from the computer screen, refresh a bit. I understand it was taken away once before due to abuse, but it's time to reestablish it. You can't punish everyone for a few bad apples.

Pros

Having coworkers at the same level who you can go to for help and rely on.

Cons

The management here, especially the hospital administrator, is really fake and toxic. Management consistently presented a positive and supportive image to employees, but the reality often feels very different. There is a noticeable disconnect between what leadership says and what they actually do. Concerns raised by employees are frequently ignored, favoritism appears to influence decisions, and transparency is lacking when important issues arise. The workplace culture feels toxic because employees are expected to remain positive while legitimate concerns are dismissed or minimized. Rather than fostering trust and accountability, management creates an environment where many employees feel undervalued, unsupported, and hesitant to speak up for fear of negative consequences. I highly recommend staying far, far away from this place.
