As you mentioned, we want all team members to be successful. With this in mind, we provide all of the equipment needed including two monitors and a laptop. Our training program ensures all team members start on a great note by receiving the training needed to be successful. Plus, we believe in developing our team members and training is provided continuously from soft skills to the more technical knowledge needed to perform the job successfully. We appreciate our team members agility and flexibility as we make changes to comply with client needs or industry changes. Your suggestion to increase the number of managers for smaller teams is noted and we will take that into consideration.
