      I have total control on the business development and strategy. Great company culture. Schedule flexibility.

      Cons

      It is difficult to scale the business in the market that I am assigned. This is due to multiple aspects that are sometimes out of my control and this prevents me from progressing. No stock options available.

      Pros

      The family culture here is easily the best part. The owners, managers, and coworkers all communicate regularly and with such a positive attitude. They allow for so much creative freedom, opportunities to succeed and fun objectives to work towards. They truly care about you and treat you like a family member.

      Cons

      The only downside is there can sometimes be little room for vertical movement.
