Too much jobs for the boys rather than on merit
Never feels like there are enough staff
Poor communication from management
Poor treatment of long standing staff
Good people to work with. Lots of regular work over summer
Cons
Management a little bit disorganised and ground needs a lot of tlc. Termination of contracts at end of season seems a little pointless if you're going to retain people longer term.
