      - Friendly and exciting ulture - Flexible working hours - Good onsite facilities i.e. canteen, gym and more.

      - Way too many people just coast along and dont like to put in the effort or a challange. - Poor or bad management in some areas - Lack of transparency - Very long recuritment process - Government cutbacks

      Very varied role and fast paced.

      Cons

      Under paid, not appreciated at work. Under staffed which makes everyone's job almost unbearable and officers aware so stressed they are going off sick.
