      Pros

      I'm trying really hard to think of something positive and nothing comes to mind.

      Cons

      There is zero organization, no one really knows what the are doing, I'm amazed the company is still in business. The CEO isn't the brightest guy.

      great pay, flexible hours, better you do the better the pay gets, some jobs pay bonus and travel pay as well

      Cons

      If you mess up at all you get downgraded and no more bonus high pay jobs

      You can pick your assignments.

      Cons

      The company will find invalid reasons not to pay for completed assignments, with the expectation that you will not fight it. I have completed at least 2 assignments that they did not properly pay the agreed upon rate, or deducted hours that were accounted for.
