      Pros

      Good pay and benefits, laid back and employee oriented. Work/life balance is amazing. A lot of downsides are due to government.

      Cons

      It seems as if they're not the best at choosing team leads. My team lead is a micromanaging jerk who truly has horrible leadership skills. There are seniors on the team with more years on the contract who would be way better than him.

      Pros

      There is an HSA option for health insurance and a 104K match.

      Cons

      There are no promotions or real advertising if you work as a government contractor through this company. They also don’t give adequate increases if you are on the SETA contract.
