I joined Surya Foods after being made redundant from a large FTSE 100 International company, and I couldn’t have asked for a better onboarding experience. From day one, I was warmly welcomed by all the staff, creating a positive and supportive atmosphere that made the transition seamless. Surya Foods is going through an exciting growth period, and it’s inspiring to be part of a company that is investing in its future and its people. Since I’ve been here, I’ve seen tangible improvements in staff benefits and an openness to change that reflects their commitment to continuous improvement. It’s refreshing to work in an environment where new ideas are encouraged, and everyone is aligned with the company’s ambitious vision. Surya Foods genuinely values its employees, and it’s a great place to grow and contribute to meaningful projects. I have not regretted joining!

As we are a food manufacturing company the only con so far has been the constant new products that we are asked to sample.
