It is a very nice company that feels like working at home. People are very nice to each other and cover each other.

I will say no at this moment

_Family oriented office culture. _Well, salary is little higher(not the most) among hundred of lighting design firms in ny.

_We expect leaders to be "FAIR", to share our values and provide direction. _Owner really have to think about ethical management and the meaning of "respect" and being "mature", instead concerning politics. Not cool at all.
