I have absolutely no cons for this job experience and I worked here for 4 years!!

All the cooks, servers, and dishwashers are super friendly and sweet. Good food. Easy interview. No dress code. Paid training. Tips after 2 weeks. Loyal customers.

Owner and manager are very unprofessional. They don’t have a legit training process. Not only do they do the training illegally under the table, they expect you to know how to do everything without ever telling you how to do it, then treat you poorly for not knowing. The tables aren’t organized by sections for the servers, it’s random. So even if you’ve served a table all night long, someone else can still go check out the customer making it super unfair.
