Pros

Part of the opening of the Covent Garen location included 3 months of training. Very interesting and we were well taken care off. Promotion happen fast if you stand out

Cons

Extremely high turnover (out of the opening team, there is only 2 staff remaining). Lots of unnecessary drama and ego fights between bartenders. Organisation was a mess but it is expected when opening a venue, management did their best.
