Camaraderie between team members against Veera and other leading managers who gossip about you behind their backs because they can't handle criticism. If you are an intern who aspires to go far in the educational field of training being paid close next to nothing please do join this company since everyone else in that role was made redundant.
Cons
If you enjoy being underpaid and are expected to go "above and beyond" to "show your commitment." The work you do drains your soul at how much lies they spew to others, they toss you out like garbage once their bad planning doesn't pan out. Management conspires to make people they don't like in their midst redundant. They somehow manage to scam people into thinking they do really global scale projects but in essence have difficulties carrying any ideas off the ground and are quick to point fingers from their bad decisions.
