      Great colleagues, mission-driven, interesting projects

      Cons

      Morningstar acquisition not positive, which was clear early on and what made me decide to leave. Following the company from the sideline with all the (poorly communicated) layoffs makes me sad - Sustainalytics used to be a great company.
