Then you watch them slowly succumb to either the pressure of undefined roles of their jobs and the company’s unrealistic expectations of them or the toxic office politics and hostile environment. You can look at your manager wrong and they will hold a grudge. They will most likely paint you to be a terrible employee in front of the owners and the owners do not care about the employees over the top managers. There’s no autonomy and it’s always your mistake for things not working out. Your ideas are not understood or respected and you have to do what you’re asked to by your manager and when that does not work out it’s obviously your fault. The creative director at the company have zero experience outside of Suta and don’t possess any real expertise or skills. Is easily threatened by young employees and has a bias towards men in the company.
