      Pros

      Excellent and compliant product that has been well received my many investors. Management willing to listen to ideas. They appreciate they are new to the capital raising game and are open to hear ideas and implement them in order to push the company forward. Well funded marketing budget. Strong and experienced sales team to work with, I currently sit on a desk of 5 who combined we have over 70 years experience in capital raising, bonds and financial markets. A generous pay structure of salary and commission which i believe is what has attracted some of the best talent in the city to work with.

      Took a little time to get the right employees in to the team however, this has been rectified

      Pros

      A well structured and legally compliant low risk high yielding fixed income bond with full sign off from an FCA regulated company which I'm proud to promote. Excellent working environment encompassing great offices in the heart of the City of London and good working hours to conduct business. The environment on the sales floor is friendly and competitive which is an excellent mix to produce results. The senior management are always open to listen to ideas and are prepared to implement them to move the company forward. My salary is a mix of basic salary and commission and and due to this and an approach that is hard working I earn well in comparison to other brokers in the city. The company has a vision to grow which I believe in and I look forward to playing my part in their growth and future ambitions.

      Cons

      The air conditioning is temperamental and the office can get cold when you want it to be warm.
