Pros

This place could be for you if you are looking at "just do this" management style. Also, if you are able to suck up your boss, have a yes sir altitude - this place is for you even you take your work easily.

Cons

Really bad Political environment. Was under a manager who provide no proper orientation, no inclusion of emails, zero 1 on 1 introduction and minimum work interaction/ engagement. Lots of non work related talks during working hours. No sense of fulfillment and hence unable to attract talent. Only join the company if you are okay to bootlick, definitely not an open environment which measure your capability objectively. You will get out of the door with no bootlick, but you can climb high with it with average/ below average performance
