      co workers were nice, not mangement

      Cons

      would fire and hire people all the time, did not care about anyone. I was let go out of the blue for 'being a distraction' . I have anxiety and get nervous about speaking to people, was off for a week ill came back and spoke to my co workers (i shared a bench with 3 other people), when i got home i got a phone call telling me not to come back.

      Pros

      Free on site parking. Reasonable salary.

      Cons

      Long winded practices and procedures that management won't change even though it would vastly improve and streamline the workload. Meetings about meetings instead of implementing what has been discussed. Long hours, working past your finish time in order to get the basics done, don't expect to see much of your children.
