Due to the nature of your time spent with us I am aware of your employment and all I would say is that I traveled quite a bit during the short time you were here, but I thought you were a good employee with much potential thus I was sorry to see you go. I know you are bright and capable and the environment while you were here was one of trying times. Each of our negative reviews online all came from a group of people working here at the same time with the exception of one, which was a termination. I can assure you who I am online is who I am offline is who I am onstage is who I am off stage. My style is not for every client nor every employee. I am certain. I am demanding. I am busy. I am imperfect. But I go out of my way to try to offer special opportunities, rewards, and accolades to the team. I have an open door policy and take the time to hear every employee. I don't think you were here long enough to know who I am or know anything about me on a deep level except what you were told by others. Our company is a similar place for when you were here culture wise and a much different place employee wise. Honestly, it has given the entire management a great sense of peace. It is never easy to receive negative reviews, but I do think a company learns from them even if it isn't a shared perspective. I read this review and ask how we could have made a better effort to engage you and inspire you. I have no doubt some very positive events, experiences, and opportunities happened while you were here and recognizing how we could have had those outshine the negative experiences is a great lesson for myself and management. I hope you continue to grow in your present career.
