Pros
The training and open end overtime. You could come to to work at anytime, day or night, throughout the week for as much overtime as you like. The pay was moderate for the type of work required.
Cons
The company was not fair to hard working minorities. The supervision would look for ways to keep the quantity of minority's to a minimum. The minority's were not promoted no matter how many hoops they had to jump. Very few minorities in supervision.
