Manipulative, bully boy leadership where being constructively open, honest and transparent is not appreciated nor welcomed. Management and employees are bullied into submission by oppressive senior leadership who are unimpressed and no receptive to honest feedback, whilst pretending to be something they are not! Many staff hold on due to team camaraderie and the knowledge of what they are all dealing with and just accept taking there turn at being the target!
