Pros
Employees worked but supervisors had a problem with dyslexias. Also, only family members had the upper hand in getting overtime, while others could not get overtime, even when they asked for it. And supervisors did not respond to the demands of non family members.
Cons
Management was blind to the needs of the employees. When needed tools to complete a job, they provided a quick dumb substitute that did not work.
