- Management have unrealistic goals - Each Senior Leaders have different expectations which is not aligned with each other - very unprofessional in their way of conduct - their vision keeps changing - don't even get me started about the salaries they pay. They will try to take your advantage in every chance they get - there is no yearly appraisal or salary review in place - they don't want to hear what changes required - favouritism for their own people - horrible horrible culture - nothing good came out of my experience here. Only stress and anxiety I can go on but I will stop here
