Pros
Excellent supervision, easy to coordinate cases between case workers, therapists, and prescribers. Reasonable expectations. Decent benefits, especially health insurance. Easy to change departments and try something new.
Cons
Low pay (it's community mental health, what can you expect?) Not always great work/life balance, but depends on the team. It's easy to move between departments, though.
