Pros
Good salary for WV. Laid back atmosphere, good benefits. Not much else good to say about Swanson at this time. I do not recommend looking for a job here at the present time.
Cons
Due to the bleeding from the failing coal industry this employers days are numbered. They are trying to diversify into a cylinder exchange program for construction and aggregate Industries but it won't be enough to stop demise of what used to be a great employer.
