Pros

Nothing was good they are just running the school and infact they admire it.

Cons

A Cautionary Tale for Future Employees: Working at this company has been one of the most difficult experiences of my professional life. Despite being presented as a corporate organization, it's essentially being run like a traditional family-owned business with outdated and toxic practices. The actual operations feel more like a school than a company. The supposed leader, Miss Shivani Huja, presents herself as highly knowledgeable, but in reality, lacks practical understanding and often talks about irrelevant matters. Even a one-minute delay results in a full day's salary deduction, and employees are still expected to work afterward without question. Work-life balance is non-existent. Even on weekends, including Sundays, employees are called and forced to attend meetings without any additional compensation. It’s not just stressful—it’s mentally exhausting. There are even reports of the company working with teams in Pakistan purely because they offer cheaper resources, The leadership is entirely family-based: the Managing Director is the husband, the CEO is the wife, and the so-called "Global Sales Head" is the brother—who practically reports to himself. Decisions are often made impulsively, and there’s a small group of loyalists who do nothing but flatter management and engage in internal politics. Taking a single day of work-from-home can permanently label you as a "remote resource," regardless of circumstances. The owner, Mr. Yogesh Huja, is particularly eccentric. It seems he relies on ChatGPT for everything—from writing the company’s vision to preparing client documents. At times, it feels like he might even use it for personal tasks like learning to drive. They even hired an HR professional who appears to be treated like a family member, and she actively participates in office politics, often contributing to an unhealthy work environment. Employees are hired based on random advice—for example, someone suggested building a chatbot, so a new resource was hired. A month later, if the idea was abandoned, the employee was let go without any notice. To summarize: if you're looking to destroy your peace of mind, personal life, or career, this is the place for you. Otherwise, avoid it at all costs. It’s not a company—it's a poorly managed family shop, or as we say in Hindi, "Lala ji ki dukaan." They seem to find joy in ruining careers and mocking those affected. But I believe that one day, karma will take its course. I could write more, but it feels like a waste of energy to document the actions of such narrow-minded individuals.
