They foster a data-driven driven, which gives everyone a voice, and are generally fun people to be around. - You’ll feel a real sense of impact here. Self-starters do well and you’re given the space (and expectation) to own projects, suggest new ideas, and see things through to the end.

As with many startups at our stage (especially in the Space industry), things can change, be delayed, or fail at a moment’s notice. The team does well about staying positive and flexible. Things can seem hectic at times - we all have to keep our eye on the big picture and break things down into measurable and actionable pieces.
