Pros
I work in the postroom in the Southampton service centre, where there is never a dull moment! It is a fast paced job that certainly keeps you on your toes, but at least you never get bored. The team are all friendly and will take you under their wings, making you feel at home and part of the team! They are very patient when training and will do anything they can to help you develop your skills. The supervisor never hesitates to get involved and help us when needed, and the same goes for the post room manager who is level headed and incredibly quick at solving any problems. Management and staff are also very caring and will do whatever they can to support you in a time of need. I can honestly say that I love my job!
Cons
There can often be a high volume of watches and a lot to get done in the day, if you are not used to a fast paced environment and high quantities then it may be a shock to you, but if you are looking for a job that keeps you on your toes then this one is for you!
