Pros
The most powerful watch brands in the world! Omega, Blancpain, Breguet, Glashutte, Longines, and of course - Harry Winston. New HR leadership is shaking things up: performance reviews, compensation improvements, and management accountability. The CEO is awesome. The Company is very flat.
Cons
The brands operate very independently and it feels a bit disorganized. Some management operate by fear and intimidation - which must change.
