Pros
Massive company good security in the job even through covid. Benefits like staff discount pretty good. Other pros all depend on which boutique you work in and the staff that are there.
Cons
Salary! It's not the worst but definitly could be much better. We are not ignorant we know what comparable brands pay their employees.
