Pros
I would say some of the people I worked with made being there less daunting however nearly all of them have either left or gone over to Rolex as they are treated better and paid much higher there. Some of the people I thought were my friends were just pretending.
Cons
Toxic environment, management don't know how to do their job and only know how to micro manage and make you feel like you are in primary school. HR are like robots and don't do anything and make you feel like you're the problem and you're making it all up. Discrimination to the max and double standards. No support. No trust in their employees and no praise or acknowledgment for doing a good job. When someone leaves you have no choice but to cover the work load for them also with no extra pay and takes them forever to rehire. Made to feel like there is no better company out there and we should be grateful for our jobs. Since leaving my life has improved 10 fold. I am so much happier and doing things that I love. Don't stay stuck in an environment that is bad for your soul.
