Everything. The company is creepy. Micromanaging, almost dictator like. Ive never felt more uncomfortable in my life at a job where the company promotes individuality and uniqueness .....as long as you don't work for them. I love the watches don't get me wrong. The product is great but as a company. When I leave....never again....
