Sway is made up of amazingly talented individuals without egos. • The work. You work across a variety of different verticals, keeping the work interesting and challenging. • Remote work options - having the ability to work remotely, especially during COVID, has drastically improved my quality of life. I never knew how much I hated commuting until I didn't have to do it anymore. • It's fun. You get to create for a living with people who love to do the same. You can't ask for much more than that.
