      There was a toxic culture from senior leadership; they failed to pay in time, and it took a month for us to get paid. The owner did not address the situation, and barely any information was given.

      Pros

      I really enjoyed working at Sweatworks. The people that work there are great and it's unlike other companies. Despite being 100% remote and employees in many countries and states, there's a real feeling of being together. The work is interesting and I love the fitness industry in general.

      Narrower focus on the fitness industry ties it to economic trends specific to that industry.
