Pros
Lovely and friendly staff, training days that were useful and paid for with lunch etc - got to know other people working within the company, good allowance (£250 for part time then 80% off 5 items then 50% everything else)
Cons
From my experience I don't have much bad to say except that I was part-time and once the sale was over they didn't have many hours to give but that may just of been the store I worked in as it was small
