      Disorganised, management are atrocious, toxic leadership. Little to no assistance from essential overseas divisions.

      - flexibility in work hours - travel some of the time - you get more holidays (i.e. Christmas to New Year's off) - workload is reasonable if you let it

      - no overtime pay - unreasonable, long LEOP hours - lack of US support (i.e. training]
