Management is a joke. No formal policies are given to you when you start so when you vilolate something you didn't know you did your fired. You can appeal it within 30 days in HR but HR backs up mgr who didn't give you policies in the first place. So short staffed that nurses sometimes have 6-7 patients which is very dangerous. One of my co-workers told me they are short staffed. I asked her if it's our floor and she said it's the whole hospital. They try and call nurses in to our floor to help out and nobody came in. They declined. They are all burned out. Place is a joke.
