It did have a culture like a family.

The current board and CEO/HR and Compliance are all best friends and act like the WOKE culture. Backstabbing, gossiping, gaslighting, and lying. CEO has completely replaced all leaders except the board president's wife. No longer a good place to work, the CEO has no leadership skills, her answer to employee conflict is to fire unless they kiss her behind.
