All of our projects are unique and every detail is considered, Abeer's design talent is in another league and it shows on every project. As a result, everyone here is very proud of what they do and it is rewarding to be a part of it. The team gets along great; we genuinely enjoy each other and spend time together outside of work. We have an unwritten no-gossip policy and don't need it; we are naturally supportive of one another. For such a small office we have an extraordinary number of ethnicities represented (Jordanian, Brazilian, Argentinian, German, Iranian, Russian, Australian, Spanish). It's like the United Nations in here, it's wonderful. We are a green office. All the way from using cloth napkins and cloth "paper" towels in the pantry, green cleaning products, and composting, to winning the Sustainable Quality Award for the City of Santa Monica grand prize in 2021 for our commitment to sustainable practices! I love the location of the old building we are in, the view of the mountains and the sea from our office, and our operable windows. Parking is next door and easily accessible. And the office is dog friendly! - I have one on my lap as I type this.

Management is pulled in many different directions and it is challenging at times to get attention paid to individual priorities when wanted.

I love to work with Abeer and I admire her innovative approach in how to make designs better and attend clients needs. It is really nice and fun to work, collaborative team, great opportunity to grow.
