The best culture and people I have ever worked with. If there were more companies that adopted Swells culture this world would be a better place. Each employee at the company has a voice to be heard with complete autonomy from top to bottom Strong communication and the collaborative environment that touches each and every team. The top-level management including the CEO has done a phenomenal job at making sure each employee has a voice. The workflow is a truly agile process with great discussions, dialogues, and communication amongst employees. The culture is so potent and influential that it subjectively changed my personal life as well.

I have been working at Swell Investing full-time for more than a year Pros I’ve been with Swell since launch. I originally started as a contractor but went full-time soon after.
