Pros

Working at Swickard Auto Group has been a fantastic experience! The leadership team is forward-thinking, and the employees are incredibly talented and driven. The company's rapid growth creates exciting opportunities to learn and advance. I love the fast-paced, dynamic environment, and the emphasis on hospitality is truly unique. It creates a positive and supportive culture where everyone feels valued. If you're passionate about growth and being part of a winning team, Swickard Auto Group is a great choice. I also love their commitment to animal welfare and community support.

Cons

The company's high standards for customer and employee hospitality mean that expectations are also high. The fast-paced environment can be demanding at times, requiring strong adaptability.

Pros

Benefits offered include medical dental and vision along with other packages

Cons

Offsite training is offered under extortion - if a technician leaves the company within twelve months whether fired or quit, they owe thousands of dollars for each Automotive Brand training they attend.
