They just need copy paste machines. Not employees.
Employees are treated the same way as machines.
They don’t want you to grow, instead they would persuade you to work for them all your life like a slave with out even asking for a Hike.
They have foolish rules, as there is no meaningful work.
They want the MNC level work from employees,
But they don’t want to pay like MNC.
Huge hypocrites.
