This company will exploit you for the resources they require at the present time and subsequently assert that they intend to outsource your position or that they are no longer financially capable of sustaining your employment. However, it is later revealed that these claims are entirely unfounded. The toxicity originates from the direct ownership. Subsequently, they will fabricate entirely false information to current staff regarding the circumstances of your release. The ownership brings toxicity into the office, attempting to pit coworkers against each other in order to manipulate.
