They Failed to Pay what They Promised. - Anonymous employee Swift Transportation Employee Review

I was Recruited by this Company in late January. I went to their Johnstown Terminal for 2 Days of Orientation. I, along with other, Prospective Drivers were Promised to be paid the Hourly Minimum Wage for the Orientation. My Employment was put on Hold after my 2 Day Orientation as I wait to have my Medical Card updated. I was sent home as I waited. The Company said that I would receive my Check in the mail. Three weeks and Two Unanswered Phone Messages later, STILL NO CHECK. Now with Medical Card in Hand, I wouldn't Trust working for This Company for Any Sum of money. For me, Trust goes a Longer Way than Money. Acquaintances I met at Orientation also say that they haven't been paid as well. WAY TO GO SWIFT.
