Pros
The facilities are nice. Restrooms are modern and clean. You can even get food delivered to your desk.
Cons
The Dedicated Billing Department has leadership that is very unprofessional. It’s common practice to signal people out in a group setting and belittle them through email. Will you ask what is the priority is because your workload is too heavy, you are told it just all needs to be done. Leadership is not collaborative in trying to determine solutions, instead they send emails stating that the unbilled is unacceptable and you need to correct it. Constant reporting is required that does not allow you any time to actually get the work done. Leader ship has no idea how to actually do the work so they are clueless when it comes to determining what the real problem is. Good thing you can get food delivered to your workstation because you’re most likely going to have to work through lunch to actually meet the requirements. When you do have a problem, question or idea, Leadership is not interested in talking with you.
