Incredibly HORRIBLE! - Professional Driver Swift Transportation Employee Review

1st con: Equipment failure on a regular basis! Don't break down, little to NO pay!! 2ND con: Length of time on terminal repairs leaves the driver sitting!! Seem's like there ALL out to lunch! 3rd con: Avoid the terminals like the plaque! Showers are disqusting! 4th con: Not recommended at all for a "career company"! 5th con: Weekend staff seem to be alway's "out" for the weekend! 6th Con: While Swift is making millions, driver's are making peanuts!! More concerned about the freight rather than there driver's well being!! But then again, the BIGGER they are, the HARDER there going to fall!
