Pros
Miles are there if you want it. Pay is good as you all know more miles means more money. Swift is not as bad as they portrait it to be.
Cons
Equipment sucks the company knows and they don’t care. They have a mindset of if it ain’t broke don’t fix it, and when it does broke well just pray you are not the one with it. Do your pre trip. The dash cam system is so stupid it’s at the point where I just don’t care anymore. I know am a safe driver and I don’t care what a company thinks one thing they will not do is force me to drive their way.
