Pros
With this particular position (as I held different titles at Swift) they were absolutely no pros.
Cons
-no guidance -no training -no leadership -I worked 70+ hours weekly. -you had to bring your laptop everywhere with you so you can work -no lunches -the terminal was ran to the ground. Bathrooms were disgusting, internet wouldn’t work.
