Hi, we encourage every one of our Driver Leaders to share their phone numbers with their drivers. If you do not have your Driver Leader's (DL) phone number, please be sure to get it. If your DL is out of the office or it is after hours, that phone number automatically routes to someone who can help you. We also have an extensive flowcode network, which you should have in your visor, that lists all of our essential contacts at Swift. Lastly, if you are having issues communicating with a particular person or department, you can always Voice Your Choice (VYC).
