Pros

People working here at junior levels are nice.

Cons

1. No training is given to the new hires but they’re expected to perform at their best at the same time. 2. After getting a portfolio assigned, restaurant partners start asking for refunds from the very first calls for the unconsented things done in the past. 3. You’re supposed to deal with the escalation yourself, no one actually helps. 4. You receive baseless targets besides having a global concern like gas and oil crisis, resulting to which you’re forces to do unconsented activities. 5. If you report this to HRs, you’ll get uttet silence in return.

Pros

Nice meeting a few co-workers.

Cons

Toxic culture, Lack of communication, training was a nightmare. Desperate for people to work there. No breaks, 15 minute lunches, disrespectful to new employees, and their time. I cant say enough negatives because there's too many.
