Work culture is really good, empathetic stakeholders and manager. Flexible work timings, Sat Sun off (literally, no calls or messages to work, just time out).

Toxic culture, Lack of communication, training was a nightmare. Desperate for people to work there. No breaks, 15 minute lunches, disrespectful to new employees, and their time. I cant say enough negatives because there's too many.
